Quick Tips for Flawless Skin

 
 
  • Make sure our products are right for your skin type and skin conditions! This is something we can evaluate together in treatment. We often are just following the next TikTok trend or purchasing products we see or favorite influencer using which is great but we want to make sure that product is right for YOU!

  • Be sure not to skip or rush through  your evening cleanse...EVER! I recommend double cleansing anytime you wear makeup and a single cleanse for your average nightly routine. Even if you have not left your apartment that day, cleanse your skin!

  • Don’t smoke, smoking is just a killer for the skin and you are guaranteed to look more dehydrated, aged and show faster signs of premature wrinkling and aging on the skin. Skip the cigarettes!

  • Apply SPF every morning - Your older self will thank you when you don't have sun spots, an abundance of premature fine lines, and UV damage! It's an easy last step that will save your skin in the future. 

  • Try to eat well, sleep enough and drink enough water (UGH!) I know it’s the big three everyone stresses, but it is true! Lack of any three of these shows up on your face, now and in the future. 

  • Take time to treat your skin with respect and be patient. Grasping the best routine and skincare products takes time and guidance - be patient with your progress and reach out for help and advice from your aesthetician and dermatologist!

  • Facials monthly! This is often overlooked and so important for our skin health. Facials are recommended every four weeks and have so many benefits! During a facial we are able to evaluate your skin and see what nourishment is needed. From deep exfoliation and removal of dirt, bacteria and sebum that has been sitting in the follicle to lymphatic drainage and massage that will increase facial muscle tone there are endless benefits to making sure you’re consistent with your in office routine!
