Exercise + Your Skincare Routine

For an early morning workout: If you have dry skin, apply a thin layer of moisturizer before your workout, and then perform a full skincare routine after.

For a midday workout: remove makeup, workout, shower, and the perform skincare routine.

For an evening workout: remove makeup, workout, shower, then perform nightly skincare routine.

Always remove makeup before you exercise, if you’re in a rush use micellar water. If not an oil cleanser is nice and gentle before you sweat! Wear your SPF if exercising outside! If you steam or sauna after working out, plant based oils are a nice addition.
